Program questions & terms

How much do I earn?

You earn $25 for every new customer who comes to us through your link, once they pay their first invoice. There's no limit to how many customers you can send.

When does a sale count?

When a new customer who clicked your link (or ordered online after clicking it) pays their first invoice in full. Clicks and price requests are shown in your portal so you can see what works, but they aren't paid on their own.

How long does my link "remember" someone?

90 days on the phone or computer they clicked from. If they call us instead, they can mention your name and we'll credit you.

How do I get paid?

When you have money ready, press "Request my payout" in your partner portal and choose Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or check. We usually pay within 7 days.

Do I need to fill out any forms?

Before your first payout we need a W-9 (the IRS requires it). If you earn $600 or more in a year, you'll get a 1099.

Do I have to say my posts are ads?

Yes. Paid partners must label posts as ads (for example #ad). Our ready-made captions already include it.

Does it cost anything?

No. Joining is free and there's nothing to buy.

Who can join?

People who live or work in our service area — New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania and New York — and know people who need what we do. We review every application and may call you before approving it.
